Everity Technology Private Limited is a platform designed to foster meaningful two-way communication between brands and customers. Our mission is to create a space where brands can build communities, share their stories, and engage directly with their customers while customers discover new brands, participate in discussions, and provide valuable feedback. Everity is not a marketplace and does not support direct sales or financial transactions.
- Age Requirements
To use Everity, you must meet the minimum legal age requirements as outlined below:
- Minimum Age for Use:
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and independently access Everity’s services.
- Parental Consent:
- If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Everity only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- Verification:
- We reserve the right to verify user ages. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be suspended or terminated.

Everity is dedicated to providing a seamless and secure environment for communication and community engagement. Here's what you can expect from us:
- Safe Community Space:
- We strive to maintain a respectful and inclusive space where users can connect, share, and engage without fear of harassment, abuse, or misuse.
- Reliable Platform:
- Our platform is designed to be operational and accessible at all times. While we make every effort to provide uninterrupted services, we reserve the right to perform maintenance or update features as needed.
- Privacy Protection:
- Your data and privacy are important to us. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information and do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Customer Support:
- We provide dedicated support to assist with technical issues, account concerns, and general inquiries. Response times may vary depending on your subscription tier.
- Your Account
- Account Creation
To access Everity's services, you must create an account. There are two types of accounts:
- Customer Accounts:
Customers must provide basic details, including their full name, email address, country, and a secure password. Passwords should be unique and must not be shared. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. - Brand Accounts:
Brands must submit comprehensive information during registration, including the name of the representative, brand name, brand description, official website, logo, and a government-issued document for verification. Verification of brand accounts is conducted manually by Everity’s team and may take up to 48 hours. Verified brands will receive a confirmation email upon successful verification. - Account Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
- Users must immediately report unauthorized access to Everity.
- Everity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Your Content
- Ownership of Content
- As a user, you retain ownership of the content you create and share on the platform. By posting content, you grant Everity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
- Content Guidelines
- All users must ensure their content adheres to Everity’s guidelines, which prohibit:
- Hate speech, abusive or discriminatory language.
- False or misleading claims.
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

- Brand-Specific Content Rules
- Brands have the ability to delete their own posts without restriction. However, if a brand wishes to remove user-generated content (e.g., customer feedback or comments), they must submit a formal request for approval from Everity. Such requests will be reviewed to ensure fairness and compliance with community guidelines.
- Everity Content
All content, branding, designs, logos, artwork, text, videos, and intellectual property associated with the Everity Platform (collectively referred to as "Everity Content") are the exclusive property of Everity Technology Private Limited. This includes but is not limited to the website, mobile application, user interface designs, and any proprietary tools or features provided through the platform. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works, or otherwise modifying any Everity Content without prior written authorization from Everity. Any unauthorized use of Everity Content may result in legal actions, including but not limited to civil or criminal penalties.
- Other Content
While Everity strives to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, it is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated or third-party content posted or shared on the platform. This includes any content provided by other users, advertisers, or external organizations. Users are strongly encouraged to review content carefully before interacting with it. Inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content should be reported immediately using the available reporting tools within the platform. Everity will review such content and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or other necessary measures to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property
Everity respects and protects the intellectual property rights of its users, creators, and third parties. Users are expected to uphold the same standards by ensuring that any content they upload or share on the platform does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any other intellectual property rights of others. If Everity receives a valid copyright infringement notice, it will take appropriate action, which may include removal of infringing content or suspension of user accounts involved in repeated violations. Users whose accounts are terminated due to repeated intellectual property violations may lose access to the platform permanently. By using the platform, users agree to respect these intellectual property rights and acknowledge their responsibility to avoid infringing upon the rights of others.
- Force Majeure
Everity shall not be held liable for any delays, service disruptions, or failure to perform obligations under these Terms resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), pandemics, acts of government or regulatory authorities, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, internet or telecommunication failures, labor strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Temporary Suspension of Services
- In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, Everity may temporarily suspend access to or functionality of the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to resume services as quickly as possible once the event is resolved.
- No Liability for Damages
- Everity is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by such events, and no refunds or compensation will be offered for interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.
- Beta Testing and MVP Limitations

From time to time, Everity may offer new features or versions of the platform for beta testing or MVP (Minimum Viable Product) purposes. By participating in these beta tests, users acknowledge and agree that:
- The features or versions in testing may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change.
- Everity does not guarantee that beta features will be available or that they will function as expected.
- Users may experience service interruptions, bugs, or data loss during the beta testing phase.
- Everity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time without prior notice.
- No Expectation of Full Functionality
- Users understand that MVP and beta versions may lack certain functionalities or features available in the final, fully launched version of the platform.

Everity offers a range of subscription plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our users. These plans are designed for brands seeking to leverage our platform to build communities, foster communication, and engage with customers effectively.

- Designed for exploration and small-scale use, the Free Plan offers limited features, including basic community-building capabilities and restricted insights.
- It is ideal for users testing the platform before committing to a paid plan.
- Starter Plan
- Aimed at small businesses, this plan includes enhanced community management features, improved brand discovery tools, and basic insights.
- Growth Plan
- Suitable for scaling brands, this plan offers advanced features, including customizable insights, priority support, and multiple moderator roles.
- Enterprise Plan
- Designed for large enterprises, this plan provides premium features, including unlimited user support, dedicated account management, and fully customizable tools.
- Free Plan
- No Refund Policy
- No Refunds:
- Everity operates with a No Refund Policy for all subscription plans. Once a payment is made for a subscription plan, it is non-refundable, even if the user decides to discontinue or cancel the service before the end of the subscription period.
- Exceptions:
- In rare cases where refunds may be considered (such as billing errors), Everity will handle such cases on a case-by-case basis. However, no refunds will be issued for unused services or cancellation of the account.
- Restrictions on Use
To maintain the integrity of the platform and ensure a safe environment for all users, Everity imposes the following restrictions:
- Prohibited Activities:
- Users may not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, or activities violating intellectual property rights.
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
- Abusive Behavior:
- Users must not harass, bully, or defame others within the platform.
- Hate speech, discriminatory language, or incitement of violence will result in immediate action.
- Exploitation of the Platform:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, replicate, or exploit any part of the Everity platform is prohibited.
- Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data will lead to permanent bans.
- Misrepresentation:
- Users may not falsely represent themselves or their brands, including using deceptive logos, names, or descriptions.
- Community and Content Misuse:
- Brands and users must adhere to community guidelines, ensuring discussions remain respectful and relevant.
- Brands are prohibited from using the platform to solicit direct sales or financial transactions.
- Feedback and Reviews within the Community
Everity encourages constructive feedback and honest reviews from users to foster a healthy, transparent, and engaging community. Here's how feedback and reviews are handled within the Everity platform:
- User Reviews and Ratings
- Customer Reviews
- Users are encouraged to share their experiences by leaving reviews or ratings for brands they interact with on the platform. These reviews may include comments on the quality of the brand’s content, communication, and overall community engagement.
- Brand Reviews
- Brands can receive reviews from users, and these reviews are meant to provide helpful insights for both the brand and other users. Reviews may focus on customer experience, brand performance, product offerings, or community interactions.

- Users can provide feedback directly through designated channels within the platform, such as community forums, brand discussion threads, or specific feedback submission forms.

While Everity supports the free expression of user opinions, we aim to ensure that feedback is transparent, honest, and aligned with community values. In cases where a review or feedback is flagged, Everity will notify the user who posted it about the reason for removal or modification.

Brands have the opportunity to respond publicly to customer reviews, engaging directly with the community. These responses should remain respectful and focus on addressing concerns or clarifying issues raised by users.
- Brands are encouraged to resolve any conflicts or negative feedback in a professional and respectful manner to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Removal of Reviews
Brands are not permitted to delete or alter user-generated reviews or feedback on their own. However, if a review violates the platform’s Content Guidelines (e.g., it contains spam, hate speech, or other harmful content), brands may submit a formal request to Everity for review and possible removal. Everity will evaluate such requests based on fairness, transparency, and adherence to guidelines.
- Community Guidelines for Feedback
- Respectful Interactions
- Users are expected to engage with feedback and reviews respectfully. Disrespectful, inflammatory, or retaliatory comments are prohibited.
- Promoting Constructive Dialogue
- The goal of reviews and feedback within the Everity community is to promote constructive dialogue. Everity encourages users to engage in healthy discussions, provide helpful insights, and share their opinions in ways that contribute positively to the brand's community.
- Respectful Interactions

Everity provides users with the ability to flag inappropriate content, including feedback and reviews that violate the guidelines. Once flagged, the content will be reviewed by moderators, who will determine if action is needed, such as:

If a user feels that their review or feedback was unjustly removed or moderated, they may reach out to Everity’s support team for a dispute resolution process. Everity will evaluate such concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

Users are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges incurred while accessing or using Everity. This includes charges from your internet or mobile provider for activities such as browsing, posting content, or receiving notifications.

Everity uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, improve platform functionality, and personalize content. By using the platform, you consent to the use of these technologies. Cookies help us remember your preferences, analyze user behavior, and deliver relevant advertisements.

- Customer Accounts
- Customers have the right to delete their accounts at any time through the account settings section. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from the platform within a reasonable time frame, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Brand Accounts
- Brands wishing to terminate their accounts must submit a formal termination request to Everity. This request will be reviewed, and termination will be approved only after verifying outstanding obligations or disputes, if any.
- Community Management
- Communities created by brands are integral to the platform and cannot be deleted without prior approval from Everity. This ensures that community members' contributions are respected and preserved.
Everity reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account or community that violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everity Technology Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your Use of the Platform:
- Any misuse or improper use of Everity’s platform, tools, or services, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
- User-Generated Content:
- Content you upload, post, or otherwise share on the platform that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Interactions on the Platform:
- Any disputes, claims, or damages arising between users (e.g., brands and customers) due to communication or engagement within the platform.
- Breach of Agreements:
- Violation of any warranties, representations, or obligations outlined in these Terms.
Everity will provide reasonable notice of any claim, and you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such matter. Everity reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any claim subject to indemnification at your expense, and you agree not to settle any claim without Everity’s prior written consent.
- Communication Preferences
Everity allows users to manage their communication preferences, including opting out of promotional and marketing emails, through their account settings.
- Service Notifications
- While you may opt out of marketing or promotional communications, you will still receive essential service-related notifications (such as account updates, security notices, and system alerts) that are necessary for platform operation.

- Users can adjust their preferences at any time through the "Settings" section of their account.
- Service “As Is”
Everity provides its platform, tools, and services on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to:

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, nor do we ensure that any defects will be corrected. Service performance may depend on external factors beyond our control, such as user hardware, network availability, or third-party software integration.
- No Warranty of Results:
- Everity does not guarantee specific outcomes or results, such as customer engagement, brand visibility, or feedback quality, from the use of its platform.
- Disclaimer of Implied Warranties:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Third-Party Interactions:
- Everity is not responsible for interactions or transactions occurring between brands and customers. We provide the platform as a means of communication and community building, but users assume all risks associated with these interactions.
By using the Everity platform, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the service is at your own risk and discretion.
- Modifications to the Platform
Everity reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform, its features, or content, without prior notice. This includes changes to user interface, functionality, or the availability of certain services.
- Notification of Significant Changes
- Users will be notified of major changes to the platform via email or platform notifications. However, we may implement minor updates without prior notice.
- Acceptance of Changes
- Continuing to use the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated features, functions, or terms.
- Limitation of Liability
To th`e fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everity Technology Private Limited and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
- Platform Use or Inability to Use:
- Losses or damages caused by system downtime, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the platform. This includes any data loss or business interruption resulting from the platform’s operation or user-generated content.
- Interactions Between Users:
- Everity is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from interactions, feedback, or communication between brands and customers.
- Limitations on Financial Transactions:
- As Everity does not support financial transactions or direct sales on the platform, it is not responsible for any monetary loss, fraud, or disputes arising from external transactions initiated by users.
- Force Majeure Events:
- Everity will not be held liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or labor disputes.
- Cap on Liability:
- In no event shall Everity’s total liability exceed the amount (if any) paid by the user for subscription services in the three months preceding the claim.
By using Everity, you acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth herein are fundamental elements of the agreement and reflect a fair allocation of risks between the parties.
- Warning About Cybersecurity Risks
While Everity takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of its platform, users are hereby informed of the following:
- Risk of Cyberattacks
- No system is completely immune to cyberattacks or unauthorized access, including Everity. While we implement robust security protocols to protect your data, there remains a risk of breaches due to unforeseen circumstances or advanced cyber threats.
- User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, such as usernames and passwords. Everity will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
- Brands and customers are advised to use strong, unique passwords and update them periodically to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
- Data Loss or Unauthorized Access
- In the unlikely event of a cyberattack leading to data loss or compromise, Everity will notify affected users as required by applicable laws. However, we shall not be held liable for losses incurred due to such incidents.
- Reporting Suspected Incidents
- Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity, phishing attempts, or potential vulnerabilities to Everity's support team immediately. This will help us take timely actions to mitigate risks.
- Third-Party Services
- If users interact with third-party websites, services, or links provided on the Everity platform, Everity is not responsible for their security practices. Users are advised to review third-party policies before engaging with them.
- Limitation of Liability
- Everity is not responsible for damages arising from cyberattacks, including data theft, system downtime, or loss of business operations. Users acknowledge this risk when using the platform.
- Continuous Improvement
- We are committed to enhancing our cybersecurity measures and staying informed about emerging threats. Regular audits and updates are part of our ongoing security strategy.
- Settling Disputes
- Arbitration
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes related to the use of the Everity platform, shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will take place in Rayagada, Odisha, India, and shall be conducted in the English language.
- Jurisdiction
- The courts in Rayagada, Odisha, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters that may arise, including enforcement of arbitration awards or disputes not subject to arbitration.
- General Provisions
- Changes to T&C:
- Everity reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
